V. GENERAL CONCLUSION


V.A. - Level of Knowledge:
Six out of ten people, 63.2% have knowledge of what a sewge-water treatment plant is, especially men, 77.7% of a socio-economic ABC+high, Medium-high 75.4%, and between 45 to 65 year old 73.9%. Eight out of ten people, 82.5%, know that treated water serves for irrigation of green areas and for industrial use.

V.B. - Benefits of treated water:
97.2% considers that using treated water can be beneficial to the city.

V.C. - Is there enough water in Tijuana?
87.1% consider that Tijuana does not have enough water to insure its use for the years to come, specially women, 89.49% of socio-economic level ABC+high, Medium-high 91.3% and between 30 to 44 year old 97.2%.

V.D. - Treatment plant construction:
95.8% think that the construction of a wastewater treatment plant will increase the future water supply, mainly people from 18 to 29 years of age, 97.2%

V.E. - Need for a water processing plant:
98.6% consider that there is a need for a wastewater treatment plant.

V.F. - Degree of project acceptance:
98.9% agrees to the construction of a wastewater treatment plant, out of this group, 76.8% agrees for the location of the plant to be in the zone near the Abelardo L. Rodriguez Dam.
